Ambil pengajaran bangsa yang pupus

8:49 AM Posted by RIDHUAN TEE 522 comments
Sinar Harian 12 Jun 2011

Ingatlah, sudah banyak umat yang terusir dari tanah air, malah tidak sedikit yang telah hilang di dunia. Mereka yang berhak mewarisi bumi pusaka tidak semestinya bumiputera, tetapi sesiapa sahaja Allah akan gantikan jika sesuatu bangsa itu tidak bersyukur dan beriman. Mereka yang kekal di bumi sendiri adalah mereka yang beramal soleh dan tidak mengkhianati Allah. Begitulah ketetapan Ilahi sejak dahulu, kini, dan selama-lamanya;

Namun, manusia selalu leka apabila mendapat kuasa. Mereka lupa bahawa kuasa adalah milik Allah. Manusia hanyalah pemegang amanah.

a. bukti, atau

c. penerangan seperti siapa, bila, dimana, bagaimana, contohnya, dsbnya

3. saya bukan Ahli UMNO

4. saya tidak menjadi ahli apa apa parti pun

PEMBANGKANG-DAP said...

Tambah:

Lupa nak cakap -

Tunggu masa lapang.

Anonymous said...

Tak payah mengalah. BERKOMPROMI. TOLAK ANSUR. Tolak sikit, ambik sikit. Win-win kata orang. Kalau tak, mereka lain saja yang win.

Kalau betul dulu ada orang kata UMNO dan PAS dah runding 4-5 kali, yang terakhir kata ada tawaran 3 jawatan Menteri kpd PAS, kalau masih belom puas hati, runding lagilah.

Perkara jumlah Menteri tu satu hal.

Entah apa guna perhimpunan aman. Saya tak mahu orang lain tersilap langkah seperti saya. Konon berhimpun menyatakan suara hati padahal tak apa pun yang menjadi. Berhentilah pemuda pemudi dari terus dibuai darah muda.

Anonymous said...

Menyebut soal Perhimpuan Bersih versi 2.0 ni, saya sokong !

Nak cari mana PA sistem nak buat hebahan ditengah KL ?

Stadium pun mudah nak buat aktiviti, nak bersukan ke ... nak berceramah ke, konsert ke... dipersilakan. Bawa semua wakil media seluruh dunia dan melalaklah sekuat hati distadium tu.
( kalau jadi saya nak booking tapak niaga nak jual keropok lekor ya )

Sebelum ni pun mereka nak join tapi terlalu sibuk cari duit. Maka mereka pakai proksi Melayu sebagai wakil... kesianla pulak.

Bila kita buat ditempat tumpuan cina, bila dah ramai berhimpun .... bisnes pun maju, hotel penuh, restoran laku, kedai2 pun penuh pelanggan ... jadi cina-cina yang rata2 golongan peniaga ni pun bolehlah rasa lega, wang masuk, ada masa lebih nak ikut sama ber Bersih.

Toleransi tuh !

Ha... Mat Sabu dah meleleh air liur baca...kenyataan kepada ahli Pas dah tergambar - " Muslimah tak digalakkan ikut serta kerana dikhuatiri keselamatan mereka. Kawasan Pudu ganazzzz..."

Tak main dah tanda pangkah atau correct didada dan dahi saudara mara ahKok, semua pakat tanda bulat ..... merata-rata pulak tu !

Baru dikatakan win-win hehehehe

Anonymous said...

Itulah kehebatan Dr Ridhuan Tee.

KUALA LUMPUR: PAS has dropped Datuk Dr Hassan Ali as the Selangor commissioner in a move seen as appeasing ... DAP.

Dr Abd Rani Osman will take over the post from Dr Hassan, who has been at loggerheads with DAP’s Ronnie Liu over beer sales in Malay majority areas in the state.

Melanda landa lah kaum ultra kiasu. Bertambah tambahlah jualan arak dll diSelangor dsbnya.

Kot tak lama lagi Nik Aziz akan kasi balik lesen judi dan arak diKelantan. Dulu DAP dah desak dia.

Bila kita kata UmNo bodoh, penyokong UmNo marah... tapi kalau kita tak marah kat UmNo nak marah kat siapa lagi?

Lihat Singapura. kini hanya tinggal 15 peratus orang Melayu walhal Singapura negeri Malayu asalnya.

In another short 25 years, Chinese will only be a mere 18.6 percent of the population. They will soon fall below the sustainable threshold for propagating their culture, and their diminishing numbers will only increase the pressure for assimilation – something Chinese are reluctant to do.

The Malaysian government should publish statistics showing how much Malays had benefited from the 'special rights' of Malays and at the same time release the statistics which show how minority races are being discriminated against.

If the Malaysia government hides the statistics above, then there must be something unnatural going on with the non-Malays of Malaysia .

Civilized nations openly publish statistics to show its treatment of its minority races.

Bermacam macam jenis hiburan.

Cakap saja Malaysian First, Chinese Second. Pada hal depa Sun Yat Sen First, China Second. Malaysia tak masuk kira langsung dalam pendirian dia tu.

Kit Siang pulak nakkan pengganas kominis Chin Peng masuk Malaysia. Itu maanusia tak mau tinggalkan fahaman kominis dia, tak mau minta ma'af atas beribu kematian, azab sangsara dan kerosakan harta bnda yang Parti Kominis Malaya telah lakukan. Laknutallah punya orang.

Maka kita mudah lupa, kata Dr Ridhuan.

Jangan tunggukan harinya saja. Buat sekarang juga. Bersatulah. Jika tidak, teruk padahnya. Di dunia ini, bukan saja diakhirat.

Dear Pembangkang DAP;

I can see that you conveniently ignored that the chinese population is diminishing by the years.

Tell me, are you a practising Muslim;

O you who have believed, if there comes to you a disobedient one with information, investigate, lest you harm a people out of ignorance and become, over what you have done, regretful.

O you who have believed, let not a people ridicule [another] people; perhaps they may be better than them; nor let women ridicule [other] women; perhaps they may be better than them. And do not insult one another and do not call each other by [offensive] nicknames. Wretched is the name of disobedience after [one's] faith. And whoever does not repent - then it is those who are the wrongdoers.

O you who have believed, avoid much [negative] assumption. Indeed, some assumption is sin. And do not spy or backbite each other. Would one of you like to eat the flesh of his brother when dead? You would detest it. And fear Allah ; indeed, Allah is Accepting of repentance and Merciful.

O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted.

The believers are only the ones who have believed in Allah and His Messenger and then doubt not but strive with their properties and their lives in the cause of Allah . It is those who are the truthful.

Dear Anon 7:21am;

Are you a true Muslim believer?

The Quran, being the Word of God, is the Absolute Criterion of Justice, equity, impartiality, fairness, balance, and the law [Al-Meezan][42:17]

The Absolute Criterion of Justice and Equity, was sent down by Allah so that people may conduct themselves with equity [52:25]

Do not transgress the Absolute Criterion of Justice and Equity [55:8]

Do not be the one who, when he has to receive by measure from others, demands full measure but when he has to give by measure to others, gives less than due.

Do not be the one who likes to exploit the capabilities of others to the fullest, but does not want to give them full recompense.

Do not be the one who pays the minimum to workers and keeps the maximum for himself.

Do not be the one who, when assessing the worth of other people, tries to fix their recompense less than their worth. [83:1-3]

True Muslim believer will treat others fairly;

O you who believe! Stand out firmly for God, as witnesses to fair dealing, and let not the hatred of others to you make you swerve to wrong and depart from justice. Be just; that is next to piety; and fear God. For God is well acquainted with all that ye do.

O you who believe! Stand firmly for justice, as witnesses to God, even as against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, and whether it be (against) rich or poor; for God can best protect both. Follow not the lust (of your hearts), lest ye swerve, and if ye distort (justice) or decline to do justice, verily God is well acquainted with all that ye do.

God commands justice, the doing of good and liberality to kith and kin, and He forbids all shameful deeds, and injustice and rebellion: He instructs you that ye may receive admonition.

Now then, for that (reason), call (them to the Faith), and stand steadfast, as thou art commanded, nor follow thou their vain desires; but say “I believe in the Book which God has sent down; and I am commanded to judge justly between you. God is our Lord and your Lord; for us (is the responsibility for) our deeds, and for you for your deeds. There is no contention between us and you. God will bring us together, and to Him is (our) final goal”.

We sent aforetime our apostles with Clear Signs and sent down with them the Book and the Balance (of right and wrong), that men may stand forth in justice.

Kawan kawan sekelian,

Jika betul pun ayyat ayyat Qur'an yang dikeluarkan sihamba Allah itu, fikirkan apa tujuan dia mengeluarkannya.

Dia mendakyah, popaganda. Tujuannya terselindog.

Atau "Translation and Commentary".

So'alan ditujukan kpd RT, tapi saya nak numpang semangkok menjawab:

Buatkan perarakan mengurangkan kedai bukak 24 jam. Adakan rondaan bersama pihak berkuasa seperti Polis, Pegawai Maksiat dll bagi mengurangkan lumba haram, kutu embun dan anak haram buang bayi dan sebagainya.

To Anons am/pm... midnight.. who listed 50 odds racism of the Malay.

Here is my reply to you:
Some of your listing seems to be true, some are utterly absurd and overly exaggerated. Whatever it is, none are properly substantiated.
Let me point to you some of them:

In another short 25 years, Chinese will only be a mere 18.6 percent of the population. They will soon fall below the sustainable threshold for propagating their culture, and their diminishing numbers will only increase the pressure for assimilation – something Chinese are reluctant to do.
Easy solution for this: You can either keep breeding more or if you are reluctant to assimilate, you can always migrate back to your beloved Tanah Besar Cina.No need to assimilate there

(2) 99% of Petronas directors are Malays.
Don’t forget that more than 70% of private company directors are chinese

(6) 0% of non-Malay staff is legally required in Malay companies. But there must be 30% Malay staffs in Chinese companies.
Nope, this is wrong! There is no requirement of 30% Malay staff in chinese company. If you want to get that “Bumi status”, 30% of the shares in your company need to be owned by the Pribumi. Note that it is the shares not the staff. Infact If you don’t want that “bumi status”, there is no need for Pribumi in any shares or staff

(10) 7% is the percentage of Chinese government servants in the entire government (in 2004); a drop from 30% in 1960.
Wait a minute! Is this because of the discrimination and “racist” practice of the Malay or simply because of your own self discrimination and racism? Refer to Dinturtle blog, where the Perak government has to extend the interview period so that the Nons could fill in their quota in the civil service.

(11) 95% of government contracts are given to Malays.
don’t forget that out of this 95%?? there are more than 70% going back to the chinese who controlled the supply chain/distribution of many raw materials.

(12) 100% all business licensees are controlled by Malay government, e..g. Taxi permits, Approved permits, etc.
hehe..this is stupid!? Who else do you expect to control the business license if not the government? Individual Chinese such as the gangster kongsi gelap!? Gee Hin and Haisan!?

(19) 48 Chinese primary schools closed down from 1968 - 2000. (20) 144 Indian primary schools closed down from 1968 - 2000.

Good riddance. More of this racist type school should be shut down

(21) 2637 Malay primary schools built from 1968 - 2000. (22) 2.5% is government budget for Chinese primary schools. Indian schools got only 1%, Malay schools got 96.5%.

(26) Only 5% has been given to non-Malays for government scholarships in over 40 years.
this is an outright lies. Please refer the government policy for the distribution of scholarship. FYI, It is 45% nons and 55% Pribumi. Look at here: http://satusekolahuntuksemua.wordpress.com/2011/06/07/isu-biasiswa-tidak-semudah-itu

(29) 10% quotas are in place for non-Bumi students for MARA science schools beginning in 2003, but only 7% are filled. Before that it was 100% Malays.
You are barking at the wrong tree here. Please note that MARA is/was establish to assist the Pribumi. So by rights, there should not be any allocation to the Nons at all from this agency.

(31) 25% of the Malaysian population was Chinese in 2004, a drop from 45% in 1957. (32) 7% of the Malaysian population is Indian (2004), a drop from 12% in 1957.
You people can breed more. I can give personal advise with regard to fertility and sex :). So don’t blame the Malay for your dwindling population

(44) 30 government produced TV dramas and films always showed that the bad guys had Chinese faces, and the good guys had Malay faces. You can check it out since 1970s. Recent years, this has become less of a tendency.
This is downright hilarious…hahahaha. I have never noticed this but thanks to your overly sensitive racist eye, you have been able to detect them :)

Vernacular schools should not exist and should be merged with national schools. Understand Article 152 Bahasa Kebangsaan? BM to be used as medium of instruction, Mandarin and Tamil can be studied in Sekolah Kebangsaan as elective subjects.

Still don't know no such thing as Malay schools but Sekolah Kebangsaan?

Nobody minds at all about thise who cabut to Singapore, Ostorlia and canada, except those crazy for Chinese votes.

Sorry, UK now no longer entertaining "British Overseas Citizens" of the former Straits Settlements and the disgruntled, disloyal blokes from Malaysia who tore their passports on reaching UK, hoping for better chances of being allowed permanent stay.

British PM Daviid Cameron said "Multi-culturalism is dead", echoed by German Chancelor Angela merkel and two other EU leaders. So the over-staying and illegal staying blokes have been hounded in Chinatowns in UK the EU countries concerned.

Yes, the only choice is Mainland China and maybe Taiwan. As the Japnaese say, "Dozo, mina-san .."

Really, if you can't accept, respect and live by the Constitution of this country, you are urged to leave.

Accept it, respect it, and live by it fully, then talk nicely and no wild, unsubstantiated allegations.

The pro UMNO Malays must not ignore the fact that a chinese like Dr Ridhuan Tee has written umpteen articles to wake them up. Even though he is not a member of UMNO, and as a chinese he stick his neck up to fight for UMNO. He deserves to be honoured as a hero for UMNO.

Why do you keep on stressing on UMNO there? Please allow me to make some correction there…It is not just UMNO infact the whole Malay and Muslim including those from PAS and PKR, should be thankful to him for sticking his neck out for us and keep on reminding us on the real issue.
If you notice, DR Ridhuan has not been vocal about politic several years back. He only started to join in this cyber war because of the relentless Ultrakiasu attack and insult to his fellow Malays Muslim since their pseudo victory of the 2008 election. This is also true for so many individuals and bloggers such myself, others and blog such as dinturtle, deminegara, JMD etc. To be honest with you, I have no inclination to implicate myself in this seemingly endless debate and this political predicament at all, It is just that when seeing this relentless insult by the Ultrakiasu, that I have no choice but to join in.

While Dr Ridhuan deserve the honour of Malay and Muslim hero, ultrakiasu deserve to be despised and is enemy for the Malay and Muslim

"5% of all new intake for government police, nurses, army, are non-Malays."

depa letak tepi akal mereka, tapi depa biar nafsu setan mengerak-pandukan mereka.

Sedangkan depa 1Malaysia Untuk Cina.

apa tidak nya. bidang ekonomi depa dah sapu habis sampai melayu hampir2 lemas kalau tak dibantu oleh kerjaan (umno). pada hal depa maju pun kerana sokongan para pelanggan melayu juga .... dah lah tak berterima kasih, lepas tu duk jolok melayu pula sampai kita tak senang duduk.

Dear Ikhwan,

I have doubts in your reply.

It is never a 'fitnah' nor not moral. They are facts. And that is why MCA is losing the support by the thousands. MCA in the government is helpless.

You have every right to speak your mind out. The truth and the facts speak for itself.

You may also wish to speak your mind on these, too;

1. Studies have revealed that Indians have the lowest per capita income of only about RM 1000.00 per month when the national per capita income is projected at RM17,741 in the 2006 budget (The Star Online September30th 2005) This is about 98.3% below the national average.

Many ethnic Indian families earning a meargeRM450.00 (USD 118.00) per month.

2. University intake for Indians reduced from 20% in 1956 and by about50% from the over 10% quota in 1970 to 5.2% in 2003. (Note: IF all MARA higher education institutes and overseas scholarships are taken into account the Indians would actually end up having only about 1% of intake into higher education institutions)

In 2004 the supposed meritocracy system was introduced but it turned out to be “meritocracy without merits” Hundreds of especially poor ethnic minority Malaysian Indian students were deprived of their basic right to education.

Matriculation courses for entry into public universities are almost exclusively for the majority Malay Muslim community.

3. Medical seats in the University of Malaya were reduced by 98% from 16seats in 2001 to only 1 seat in 2003. This in effect means that the almost 1.8 million Indians have to compete for just one (1) medical seat at this university.

When they opted to study at affordable Universities overseas, the government in June 2005, in an effort to reduce the number of ethnic Malaysian Indian medical students studying overseas acted in the most hostile manner.

The Crimea State medical university’s medical degrees were derecognized for dubious and questionable reasons.

In an effort to reduce the number of Indian medical doctors most other foreign medical universities with high ethnic Malaysian Indian student enrolment is currently having its status reviewed and is also expected to be derecognized.

4. 80% of the 523 Tamil schools (ethnic minority Malaysian Indian schools) are in dilapidated conditions with almost no sports, recreational, computer, library and other basic facilities accorded to National Schools and are still not made fully aided government schools when primary school education has been made compulsory by law.

To the contrary, the prime minister announced a sum of RM1.8 billion for primary and secondary schools in the 2004 budget (NST 13/9/2003 at page 12)

Note: all the above are in breach of Article 8 (equality before the law and Article 12 (rights to education) of the Federal Constitution and the Education Act 1968.

About 95% of these Tamil schools do not have kindergartens unlike 99% in national schools which have the same.

5. Meager or no business licenses permits, business loans /opportunities / small businesses / commercial licenses for Malaysian Indians to run businesses resulting in less than 1% Indian participation in the country’s economic wealth. (and that too believed to be largely held by one state sponsored Indian millionaire) .

6. Hopelessness, poverty and lack of opportunities leads to high Indian involvement in crime arising out of poverty. 70% of ethnic Malaysian Indians have degenerated into becoming laborers, Industrial Manual Group (IMG) workers, office boys, security guards, public toilet cleaners, general workers, road sweepers, beggars, squatters, criminals, gangsters etc, as a result of the nearly 50 years of direct discrimination by the UMNO controlled state / government.

cont...

Anonymous said...

...cont

7. Indians form sixty percent (60%) of urban squatters and forty-one (41%) of beggars (the economist 22/2/2003). About 70% of this community is in the poor and / or hardcore poor bracket but receives the least attention as they don’t have much political clout and ordraw funding locally and / or their plight not properly ventilated by the NGOs, Opposition parties and the Malaysian civil society locally and / or internationally.

8. Fifty- four (54%) of Malaysian Indians work as plantation or urban underpaid laborers. (Asia week 26/1/2002)

9. After 46 years of independence the state has capped the monthly salary of plantation workers at RM325.00 (USD85.00) per month and RM 350.00(USD92. 00) per month for rubber tapers.

10. RM200 million was allocated to assist poor students to continue withtheir education (NST 13/9/2003 at page 12) but it is doubtful if even1% of the ethnic minority Indians benefit from this allocation.

11. Due to rapid development large plantations have been developedresulting in the plantation workers being displaced and forced tobecome squatters.

Their squatter colonies are in turn demolished to make way for development with no or little alternative housing.Classical case of poverty leading to further poverty.

12. The majority of orphanages and old folks homes are filled up withmembers of this ethnic minority Indian community as evidenced by localnews report. This is yet another clear indicator of poverty.

cont...

Anonymous said...

...cont

19. The genocide by a state sponsored mysterious mob against the innocent and unarmed people of Kg Medan in 2001 left 100 over killed and / or seriously injured still remains a mystery.

The Malaysian Human Rights Commission refused to hold an inquiry while the State refused to hold a royal commission of inquiry. The courts / Attorney General refused to hold Inquests into the deaths contrary to Article 5 of the Federal Constitution and section 339 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Worst still only USD526.00 to a maximum of USD6, 578 for some victims being permanently maimed and / or loss of life cases was awarded for the said victims though RM136.8 billion was approved for the 2006 budget (The Star Online, Friday, September 30th, 2005)

20. Out of the aforesaid 60% suspected ethnic Indian criminals, almost 95%of them plead guilty when they may not necessarily be guilty. Most of the crimes they commit (if any) are poverty related.

They cannot afford legal fees and neither is there an effective legal aid system. They spend long prison sentences and come out of prisons to be more hardened criminals and potential terrorists.

21. About 97% of the Civil Servants, police and armed forces personnel are from the majority Malay Muslims. This “force” is used to rule by “majoritarian might” at the expense and violations of fundamental Human Rights and victimization of this ethnic minority Malaysian Indians.

22. The local print and electronic media gives this community the lowest priority though they suffer the most serious discrimination, victimization and violations of human rights.

The local media too plays to the gallery and almost often highlighting “majoritarian issues “/ issues which carries mileage. The International media prefers Iran, Africa, Katrina terrorist etc.

23. Unlike the economically powerful Chinese community who are able to help their lower middle income and poor directly or indirectly through their self sustaining community, the Indian Professionals and businessmen are unable to help very much.

24. Despite 48 years of Independence, there are thousands of ethnic minority Malaysian Indians left being undocumented, without birth certificates, identity cards, marriage certificates etc.

This in effect precludes and excludes them from even the formal primary schooling structure what more obtaining licences to run a business or from securing employment. (c/f almost all aboriginal people in theremotest areas Malaysia are documented)

25. Everyday even ethnic minority Indian women and children are not spared. As part of interrogation by the police, an Indian lady was told to perform oral sex on another male detainee at the Rawang police station. Her husband was then brought in naked before her and her daughter. She was then told that her 18 year old daughter would be raped later that night.

Another 14 years old ethnic minority Indian boy was arrested from his house and was told to do 150 push ups in police custody. When he stopped at 20 he was kicked with police boots which broke his leg.

26. The Malaysian Human Rights Commission and the Royal Commission on the Police have continuously refused to report even the most serious violations of human rights by the state against this community.

For example the Kg. Medan genocide, shootings to death of suspects, some deaths in police custody and the gunpoint attack on a human rights lawyer.

27. The independence of the judiciary has been put to question in the aforesaid – Kampung Medan genocide for example (and many other public interest litigation) when the High Court struck out with costs a civil suit by a victim bring a class action against the Malaysian Human Rights Commission for failing to hold an Inquiry without even hearing the merits of the case which the victims believe is because all the victims were ethnic minority Malaysian Indians and the attacks are believed to be state sponsored.

Most other such cases against the state authorities are dismissed in a similar fashion or at the end of the trial In the latest public interest litigation to stop the Hindu temple demolishment’s the UMNO Government has again applied to strikeout the suit without even wanting to reply to the very serious allegations in anticipation of striking out the said suit ab initio (T.K.O)

28. The Attorney General has not been independent in many instances where he has acted partially in prosecuting lawyers / activists for defending the rights of this community and / or for failing to initiate Inquests into custodial deaths / deaths by police shootings of suspects and / or for failing to prosecute police criminals /authorities and / or for failing to act without fear or favor.

29. Almost all government institutions including hospitals, police, chemistry registration department etc are biased and in favor of the government and have been known or engaged in “covers up” in favor of the authorities and against the people and in particular the ethnic minority Malaysian Indians.

30. Because this community is politically, economically and internationally insignificant and where there is not much “mileage” to be made, and / or no local and / or international funding, even the opposition parties, NGOS’ and the Malaysian civil society generally give this community the least attention and /or prefer to play to the gallery and / or the “majoritarian issues” and / or rather focus on where there is local or international “mileage” to be made.

In short they too are generally “selective” in championing even the worst violated cases / issues and / or Human Rights issues. (Refer Latest Open Letter dated 5/9/2005 by 30 Malaysian NGOs campaigning for all issues concerning merely the majority community / internationally acclaiming issues except the most serious affecting the Malaysian Indians)

31. No funding is granted by the Government for almost all non pro- government NGO’s with which they would be a million times more effective.

32. This community as a result of the years of oppression and suppression and the factors herein above mentioned has turned out to be a fear riddled community.

They are fearful to stand up for even the worst form of violations, victimization, discrimination and human rights abuses against them.

The fatal factor is that they even get the least support from even NGOs, Opposition parties and the “Malaysian Civil Society”.

33. Having very little or no equal opportunities and/or no upward mobility opportunities the Indians end up having the highest suicide rate in the country because of primarily poverty or poverty related matters, (or and to a lesser extent) loss of loved ones for example, divorce, etc.

Health Minister Datuk Chua Soi Lek stated ,”for Indians, 21.1persons for every 100,000 suicides, Chinese 8.6 persons for every100,000 suicides and for Malays 2.6 persons for every 100,000suicides( Sadatul Nahir And Rosli, Utusan Malaysia 12/9/2005).

As the days go by, more and more depressing news is cropping up.

Even Deputy Education Minister Wee has made a statement that the PDA scholarships for bright students have been abused.

Many students with 10A’s are not offered PDA scholarships, while those with 4-5A’s managed to secure them.

It shows that even our brainy, bright, young talents are being discriminated against and barred from a chance to further their education overseas.

Malaysia seems less and less a ‘Promised Land’ to the non-Malays. With a mock democracy and an authoritarian system of Government in place, Malaysians who cherish democracy, meritocracy, freedom of expression, equality and freedom of religion are discouraged from regarding Malaysia as their homeland.

Those who can afford it have to save to send their offspring overseas to further their studies and to seek employment.

It will be really sad for Malaysia to lose all its ethnicity, diversity, its potpourri of culture and its identity.

Aren’t we selling Malaysia as truly Asia?

Why must the government continue to play with our sensitivities and keep tearing us apart?

Anonymous said...

So much hogwash in the 32 points pasted by this bloke this time too. Only 1-2 references to newspaper reports, generally unsubstantiated allegations again.

All those points concerning vernacular schools we already know the reasoning - they are not in line with the Constitution Article 152 and therefore are rightly treated differently from national schools.

All those allegations pertaining to the Indians, we also already know the answers. They are Estate workers, some Estate quarters located pretty far from the main roads or from the nearest towns, the Estate workers sticking to old values of not bothering about registration of births etc.

This bloke simply tries to blame the Government alleging all sorts of human rights violations, yet not even quoting the relevant excerpts of the NGO reports etc. He simply rattled on like a madman finding a computer joystick or keyboard to move his fingers on.

His allegations are not worth two cents to me.

If he had mentioned about the mentality of those concerned, like parents who are not bothered to register the birth of their children, then he would appear to be a sensible writer and what he says may be worth reading in full.

Siapa cakap ini "Malaysia a ‘Promised Land’ to the non-Malays"?

Dia punya nenek moyang datang sini ada orang "promise land" ka? Bukan ke depa merengkut hidup merana, perang tak habis habis, tak cukup makan dll dinegara asal depa, cabut lari kesini?

Kupla wotak dia cakap "a mock democracy and an authoritarian system of Government". Ini orang patut dihalau ke Mainland China baru dia tau what democracy means.

Cakap "meritocracy", tapi tak mahu level playing field. Cakap freedom of expression, tapi tak tau freedom ada limits, diUSA pun ada detention without trial diGuantanamo Bay.

Kalau kupla wotak macam tu, sudah tentulah dia orang "are discouraged from regarding Malaysia as their homeland." Sebenarnya, banyak yang mengalu alukan depa cabut keluar kalau tak hormatkan dan tak patuhi Perlembagaan negara.

Siapa cakap "sad for Malaysia to lose all its ethnicity, diversity, its potpourri of culture and its identity? Takda baca "multi-culturalism is dead" ka? PM UK ada cakap, German Chancelor ada cakap, lagi 2 pemimpin EU ada cakap. Mata tutup ka bodoh ka?

Kalau dia kata "government continue to play with our sensitivities and keep tearing us apart", banyak rakyat pun cakap macam tu kpd yang ultra kiasu sebab tak hormatkan dan tak patuhi Perlembagaan negara.

Malaysia could be such a lovely place to build an existence. Its citizens could have coexisted in peace and harmony.

There is so much going for this country, but our leaders have made a terrible mess of it.

The level of corruption is simply unacceptable.

Equal opportunities are in shambles.

Threats of racial conflicts and religious sensitivities still exist.

Dinosaur leaders refuse to relinquish their powers and continue to overstay their welcome.

Malaysians are humiliated and abused by the government that is supposed to serve them.

And now, they continue to threaten the peace of this country by resorting to racial conflicts to split the nation.

Non-Malays are constantly reminded that Malays own this country.

Malay Supremacy should not be questioned and Islam is superior to all other religions – this is being shoved down their throats each day.

Non-Malays feel sidelined as 2nd class citizens, humiliated that they cannot be equal and even encouraged to leave the country if they are not happy.

Barisan Nasional, who is supposed to be the only political coalition capable of serving this nation, stands blind and impotent, as the abuse continues unabated.

They talk about Equal opportunities endlessly but do not respect the Special Position of the Malays and the Bumis of Sabah and Sarawak as stated in the Constitution. Damn ultra kiasus.

Threats of racial conflicts and religious sensitivities still exist because of people like the bloke wrting the 50 and 32 Dalil.

Dinosaur Opposition leaders keep trying to get power and the extremely ultra kiasu continue to overstay their welcome in this country.

Malaysians are humiliated and abused by the this 50 and 32 Dalil bloke who keep making wild and unsubstantiated allegations.

And now, the ultra kiasus continue to threaten the peace of this country by resorting to racial conflicts to split the nation. The last time was on 13 May 1969 but the Sarawak PRN campaigning was a bit heading that way.

Non-Malays are constantly reminded to know the history, respect and ab ide by the Constitution of this country.

The Malay Special Position has alawyas been there "since day one", said the British Colonial Secretary when debating the Malaya Independence Bill in the British Parliament in 1956. Islam is the religion of this country and is stated so in the Constitution too.

Those Non-Malays who feel sidelined as 2nd class citizens do so because they do not accept and respect the Constitution of the country fully. All citizens must respect and adhere to the Constitution fully, otherwise ...

DAP particularly is the party that perpetrates the idea of going against the Constitution and the abuse continues unabated.

To call the Chinese ungrateful for practising their democratic right is to presume them to be still subservient, and have limited right to exercise their power in choosing the government.

To single out the Chinese for ingratitude ignores the fact that a huge section of the Malay electorates too are ‘ungrateful’ to UMNO for supporting PAS, PKR, and at one time Semangat 46 which almost brought the mighty UMNO to heel.

The reality had long dawned that, despite the Malays’ majority in Malaysia, UMNO can no longer survive on Malay votes alone.

In 2010, Datuk Seri Chua Soi Lek accused UMNO and PAS as both using religion to gain Malay support.

He also pointed out then that the country had been trapped as a “middle income” nation for more than 10 years, claiming that the competition between the two Malay-centric parties had led to some “non-progressive policies”.

He had also gone on a verbal war with Datuk Hishamuddin Hussein, hitting indirectly at the latter for failing to recognise past BN failures and claiming that those mistakes would eventually bring the end of the MCA.

A few headlines in the past couple of days reported in the media really worry me.

First, a young man who is working in a bank was allegedly detained for 3 days for failing to wear safety belts.

This is a traffic offence which does not warrant detention. What the police officer should do was to issue a summon and this young man can either pay a fine or he can choose to go to court to fight his case. But he was detained for 3 days for obstructing civil servants for carrying out duty. The latter charge is of course serious, but a thorough investigation must e done to ascertain whether there was really any obstruction.

The fact that the young man was not charged and released after three days gives the benefit of doubt to the young man, as to whether such obstruction has taken place. The police must do a thorough investigation in this case. If the young man was detained for three days just because someone wanted to teach him a lesson, then it is a really serious case of power abuse.

Another case was reported in Singapore newsapaper about 2 Singaporean women being detained and made to do nude squat.

They have of course erred by going through the immigration without letting their passoports inspected. But in modern society, no one is empowered to strip a person nude and makes him/her do nude squat. If this is true, it is another case of power abuse.

It was in 2004 that a IPCMC was proposed. 7 years have passed and it has not even been instituted.

Then there were the 2 cases of death in MACC’s premises which have not been resolved.

I am actually getting a bit pessimistic about any real reform in these enforcements agencies.

Unless and until there is political wills to weed out the black sheep in these forces, things will not improve and will only get worse.

But when there are forces within the Big Brother ready to pounce on the very Top, I doubt whether he would risk his position and push for a really big clean up of these agencies.

Hoi anon 9:16 PM,

What's power abuse in Singapore got to do with Malaysia? Don't you know this is a Malaysian blog? Your mind deranged or something?

Since you started coming out with the 50 complaints, you have not said a single thing good about the Malaysian Government. I'm not a Government man, but surely there's something good the Government has done? So, why should I talk nice to you, scumbag?

It's people like you that really worries me. Complaining and whining without giving adequate reasoning and authoritative sources of information, simply running down others, damn you.

You don't even give the date, time and where the man was "allegedly detained for 3 days", so, how to verify the correctness of what you say? And why don't you make a Police report on it? Any man can make a Police report on anything suspected unlawful. Why whine here like a small boy?

You have no balls to go to a Police station, have you? You just dabble here thinking you can say things scot free. No, man, not so. Not until you get a walloping like you do from me and others.

Ordinarily your comment would sound a normal complaint that many talk about in blogs. But not after you throw 50 and 30 point garbage in here.

I might even agree with you on the IPCMC matter but becuae you have been out to abuse the authorities etc, I have no sympathy with your cause at all. You do have a deranged, warped mind and demented thinking saying everything bad and nothing good in here.

You are a dumbass, too, oblivious of developments around you. Talking about "the 2 cases of death in MACC’s premises which have not been resolved" when a Commission of Inquiry on one is going on and a COI on the other has just been announced. What are you - an anarchist, too? Not respecting the process of the law?

You should really get lost to China to get rid of your being "pessimistic about any real reform in these enforcements agencies".

Talking about "Big Brother" as if this country is as bad as Singapore in that respect, you should really pack up your bags and return to China. See how Big Brother there works for you. Ungrateful bugger.

This is for the anon 9:16 PM bugger:

You appear to be hitting at the Federal Government, not at the PR Government at all. Where is the democratic right you spoke about, man? What fairness are you and your kind made of? What democracy exists in your blasted head?

Yet, look around you in the PR-ruled states, and you'll find all sorts of abuse of power, inefficient administration, cronyism, corruption and what have you. You know it, but simply keep quiet about it, choosing to attack only the BN Government, don't you? Son of a gun.

I'm really concerned about the mushrooming in PR-ruled states of massage parlours of all kinds - reflexology, muscle-cology, tender parts-cology - whorehouses, gambling joints, unlicensed drinking places - existing even in residential areas, camouflaged as taxi drivers resting places, Chinese medicine treatment night-time clinics and the like.

I expect more of such sprouting in Selangor in time to come as Dr Hassan Ali has been removed as Selangor PAS Commissioner, weakening his stature in combating liquor sales in Muslim-dominated areas, and other sinful activities. Of course, you and your kind may consider gambling is not sinful, reflexology and other kinds of oxology as even part of your culture.

Then you have the persistent activities of the Ah Longs and the indiscriminate pasting of money-lending adverts of all sorts, defacing lamp posts, telephone posts, concrete walls and highway footings.

I know no one of those who know the culprits would squeal or utter a word because all these illegal and unlicensed activities are protected by the thugs and gangsters who have, since they first came to Malaya in the 19th Century, scared the public with their "No see, no hear, no talk" threats. Many have been silenced in the 100 years they have been here, starting from Penang under Francis Light.

Damn you, you now want to make propaganda of each and every shortcoming of the Federal Government you come across. You should next provide 50 + 30 complaints against the PR Government in Selangor, Penang, Kedah and Kelantan.

Chinese politics in Malaysia has been on the decline since independence and the Chinese community has now been totally marginalized.

In particular, the two main Chinese-based parties in the ruling coalition under the United Malays National Organization (UMNO) — the Gerakan Rakyat Malaysia (Gerakan) and the Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA) — are essentially powerless on all the key policy areas affecting the Chinese community.

Under such circumstances, the Chinese-based parties changed their political strategies to “service” and “fear” politics. “Service” refers to solving their constituents' day-to-day problems while “fear” refers to reminding the Chinese that the alternative of an Islamic government under Parti Islam Se Malaysia (PAS) is worse. It concludes that given the post-1969 political structure, the present outcome is unavoidable and the immediate future of Chinese politics in Malaysia is bleak.

the Malays are now on the defensive against the Chinese? Because the Chinese are fighting back due to the Malay’s discrimination and unreasonable insistence that the Chinese are “a minority” and “immigrants” and are entitled to less?

the imposition of a compulsory pass in the Bahasa Malaysia subject in order to pass the Tingkatan V ended with us seeing Chinese students scoring a lot higher marks in the BM than Malays students!

the restriction against Chinese students entering the public institutions of higher learning led them to send their children to local private colleges or to study overseas, and when they graduate and come back they perform better than Bumiputeras.

preventing them from entering the public service forced them to go leading and excelling in the private sector.

Article 153 grants the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, or King of Malaysia, responsibility for safeguarding the special position of the Malay and other indigenous peoples of Malaysia, collectively referred to as Bumiputra and the legitimate interests of all the other communities. The article specifies how the King may protect the interest of these groups by establishing quotas for entry into the civil service, public scholarships and public education.

Originally there was no reference made to other indigenous peoples of Malaysia (then Malaya) such as the Orang Asli, but with the union of Malaya with Singapore, Sabah and Sarawak in 1963, the Constitution was amended so as to provide similar privileges for the indigenous peoples of East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak), grouping them with the Malays as Bumiputra.

The scope of Article 153 is limited by Article 136, which requires that civil servants be treated impartially regardless of race. Clause 5 of article 153 specifically reaffirms article 136 of the constitution which states: All persons of whatever race in the same grade in the service of the Federation shall, subject to the terms and conditions of their employment, be treated impartially.

Clause 9 of article 153 states Nothing in this Article shall empower Parliament to restrict business or trade solely for the purpose of reservations for Malays.

Anonymous said...

it must be said that the Civil Service is a loyal servant of the Government of the day.

Our problem is that when a Government takes it upon itself to compromise the Civil Service for its own end, not for the Rakyat, then a conflict of interest will arise.

The Rakyat now knows more about the success and failures of Government initiatives.

Ultimately Government and the Civil Service accountability is to the Public – the Public will want to know what are the benefits they derived from these public expenditures.

Are their needs being resolved or are the Civil Service becoming increasingly distanced from the voting public?

Are the demands of the Political elites being met at the expense of the Rakyat?

Umno’s worse nightmares are now becoming a reality. PAS is transforming itself into a credible and viable alternative. If it links up with likeminded people from other parties and the combined forces are led by someone with stature, they will form the next government.

PAS is showing it’s ready to take the bull by its horns. It shines where Umno leadership falters. PAS doesn’t fear leadership transformation. Umno shows it does.

Umno talks but its PAS who walks. The party is now made up of more professionals. They are trained in the secular skills but the people with the skills have spiritual credentials. Plus, they are younger and are being groomed to take over PAS leadership.

Umno reins in its young fearing backlash from powerful warlords in the party. It doesn’t even have the stomach to fill in positions with elected members. Some who lost in the last elections continue to be given positions in government.

For all the talk about transformation, the party has shown it’s all just rhetoric.

Anonymous said...

UMNO today, is in the exact same situation: call to reform, means massive changes and sacrifices that has to be made by those same people who called for reform.

Because, the fact is, they are the source of the problem, not the people.

Deep in their hearts, they know that; but at the same time they have fought thus far (and invested thus much), could they now just let it go?

The normal thing for human being in that position is: I will not let it go. I just change my rhetoric and approach so that it seems that I have changed. But at the core of it, everything remains the same (or even worse).

Thus only a fool would believe in such. Unfortunately, there are so many fools out there; and in fact the whole Nation remains foolish, until the damage is too big and too late and little can be done.

Don’t blame anyone if you get called rude names. Or called stupid. You don't have to boast the handful of professionals in PAS. You think professionals cannot be stupid also?

I’m glad that you people have been told off practically every time you come in.

They say Malaysians have freedom of speech in Malaysia, those who disagree are living in denial or simply not aware of the political landscape.

The only problem is we don’t have freedom after speech. Write and speak without thinking twice of the consequences and our beloved government will provide free accommodation and food, and if you’re lucky, they might throw in a few body guards dressed in blue.

I love my country, but does my country love me?

I don’t know how to sing China’s national anthem, neither do I care about their internal politics and social issues.

To add insult to injury, I am a 3rd generation Chinese in Malaysia, why do they treat me as a second class citizen? Because racial discrimination is a god given rights?

Tell me, which religion practice racial discrimination?

Which country protects the majority?

Usually it is the majority that protects the minority’s rights, except for Malaysia.

Some would say since I love to criticize Malaysia’s racial policy, I should migrate somewhere else, for instant Singapore, or maybe Australia or China.

What these people failed to realize is, just like any parents, we criticize because we care, we want the best out of the child, and same goes for my country – Malaysia.

Two years in Australia and I did not develop any interest in their internal bickering, politics and social issues. Neither do I have any interest in China’s future, why then do they tell us to go back to China? or India?

How I wish they could see this whole issue from a different point of view,a different set of lenses, we are here to build a better future for Malaysia and Malaysian, nobody is asking them to change the national language to Mandarin or Tamil, neither are we asking for an Indian or Chinese Prime Minister.

We criticize because we care, we want Malaysia to be better than Singapore, better than Australia and I hate to say this, we need to be better than China. Yes, China, I guess it is official now that we are lacking behind China in term of technology.

Back in the 70′s, Korean and Taiwan used to send groups of delegates to study on our policy, because we used to be one on the top 3 biggest economy in Asia, where are we now?

Anonymous said...

wat u mean " nobody is asking them to change the national language to Mandarin or Tamil"?

Of koz la cannot change national language. But wat about manadarin and tamil as medium of instruction in schools?

Go the the Kempen SSS blog, read the Facts Sheet page to quick understand about that la.

You can criticize sampai pecah kepala pun takpa tapi you must follow the Constitution lah. People olely ask you all to read, read and read the Constitution la.

If you cannot accept the Constitution all in there, no plcae for you in this country la.

U tell me which country in world allow citizens not respect Constitution.

Instead of fighting among ourselves who gets how many percent of the pie, we ought to focus on enlarging the pie, just like Singapore.

Since China and India are both booming, don’t you think we are blessed to have the Chinese and Indians in Malaysia?

They could be the missing link between China and India; we could be the middle man for them, the bridge that binds these two countries.

Sadly, Indonesia is the ‘brother’, Indonesia and Saudi are our friend.

They say in time of trouble, we will know who our loyal friends are.

The Tsunami that struck Asia in year 2004 revealed the true identity of these so called ‘religious’ friend.

Tell me, how much did our Arab friends pledged? They are filthy rich yet the amount donated is pathetic compared to countries such as China, America, Germany, England and more.

This land does not belongs to the Malay alone, yes, you call me racist? Why should one race dominates all? Coz this land belongs to the Malay? Are you sure? How about the Iban, Kadahzan, Penan and more? THIS IS THEIR LAND TOO! Why don’t we use their language? Why don’t we have a Christian Iban Prime Minister? Cannot?

Let me tell you what I think of Umno.

What the people needed most are not taken care off and not given any priority. Instead Umno will go all out to defend, fight tooth and nail or even lie to see that all their unnecessary pet projects got implemented and for what! Your guess is as good as mine.

Never had they ever considered and respected non Muslim rights because of their ketuanan Melayu status. They would only quote the term "non Muslim rights" under circumstances that could benefit them.

What I can say and ask of the people of Malaysia is that this country truly needed a real change in order for us to move forward together as proud Malaysians and not about ketuanan Melayu, Chinese, Malay, Indian, Iban, Dayak, Kadazan, Orang Asli...

From my 56 years of experience with "Umno controlled BN" I can safely claim that we are going the wrong way towards disaster if we still allow "Umno controlled BN" to rule indefinitely.

Many will criticise me for challenging whatever the government is doing. It does not matter, go ahead. What I can only say is, because I had seen enough of their promises, slogans, rhetoric, corruption, discrimination and their worst racist remarks to judge that Umno will still be Umno in whatever shapes and forms.

3. Medical seats in the University of Malaya were reduced by 98% from 16seats in 2001 to only 1 seat in 2003. This in effect means that the almost 1.8 million Indians have to compete for just one (1) medical seat at this university.
Oh life is hard eh!? Again I refer you to the Report by NorAzlinda (2005) from UUM, In 2004, the Malays were afforded 439 seats in public university medical courses and Indian with 43 seats. If you think that 1.8 million Indian having to compete the 43 seats (you refer to specific UM case there which cannot be verified as you haven’t substantiated them)is hard and difficult…try to Imagine 17.9 million Bumiputra competing for the 439 seats!!!. Now consider Malaysian demography at the age bracket of 15 – 24 years old i.e. the relevant age for University intake, there are approximately 3.2 million Bumiputra and 0.3 million Indian. The unfairness is even clearer. Do your math, that is essentially like having 7200 Bumiputra competing for every afforded medical seats and 6900 Indian for every seats respectively. What!? Masih tak mahu bersyukur dan berterima kasih!?. Stop bitching and whining!. You will be surprise if I show you the numbers for chinese.

4. 80% of the 523 Tamil schools (ethnic minority Malaysian Indian schools) are in dilapidated conditions with almost no sports, recreational, computer, library and other basic facilities accorded to National Schools and are still not made fully aided government schools when primary school education has been made compulsory by law. To the contrary, the prime minister announced a sum of RM1.8 billion for primary and secondary schools in the 2004 budget (NST 13/9/2003 at page 12) .About 95% of these Tamil schools do not have kindergartens unlike 99% in national schools which have the same.

Again a spurious fact I see. If it so dilapidated, why on earth do you still keep this racist school running!? Come and join us at the national school la thamby!

___________________________________

Notice that all this 30 odds crap is skewed towards Indian. It is actually written by the Master spinner of Hindraf; Mr Waytha Moorthi several years back to sell his “Malay racism and Indian discrimination story”.

And as usual, people can see that most are unsubstantial and the facts are just HALF FACTS and HALF LIES!

I’ll response to other points if I have time and if I find it worth my attention.

Here is some of my reply to Anon 5:38pm

It is never a 'fitnah' nor not moral.
What do you mean? Haven’t you see that most of your 50 odds allegation being torn apart by many commenters above. How can then it not being immoral and a fitnah!?

You have every right to speak your mind out. The truth and the facts speak for itself.
yes indeed

1. Studies have revealed that Indians have the lowest per capita income of only about RM 1000.00 per month when the national per capita income is projected at RM17,741 in the 2006 budget (The Star Online September30th 2005) This is about 98.3% below the national average.

Many ethnic Indian families earning a meargeRM450.00 (USD 118.00) per month.
this one is a cleaver weaves of unsubstantiated allegation with “referred facts”. I have search in vain from your quoted sources (the Star) with regard to the studies revealing that Indians having the lowest per capita income. Where is this studies!? What studies!?. In fact the source you quoted has only mentioned about the projection of Malaysian per capita income and no mention at all in relation to the Indian community. In contrary, the poverty rate by 2002 (refer to EPU report 2005) stated 7.3% Bumiputra, 1.5% chinese and 1.9% Indian hence the fact remains that it is the Bumiputra that is having the lowest per capita income andnot the Indians!

2. University intake for Indians reduced from 20% in 1956 and by about50% from the over 10% quota in 1970 to 5.2% in 2003.

Yes your unfairly 20% place in the IPTA has been reduce to ~5% which is good and fair because it reflects your true composition make up of Malaysia of merely 7%. What? Your 5% allocation to the public univ. is not equal to 7%!? Don’t blame the Malay but the government and the chinese because that other 2% has been syphoned by and to the Chinese. Refer to NorAzlinda (2005) Report from UUM which stated that public university intake for 2004 is 64% for the Bumi, 30% and 5.9% respectively for the Chinese and Indian. The allocation for 64% for the bumiputra that make up 65% of the population is quite fair. With regard to the allocation to the Indians, please bring your case against the government and fellow chinese and please don’t blame the Malays.

In the last analysis, business is business. Don't care skin colour or what.

Ask Bernard Madoff who made off with US$50 billion (repeat, billion) of fellow Jews' money in the US etc.

Unfortunately he cannot make off from the lifetime prison sentence he is doing now.

Can you guess how many Chinese will forgo business opportunities for the love of Malaysia?

Anon 1:20 PM,

Yes, the Bumiputeras of Sabah and sarawak have a Special Position like the Malays under Article 153. But the Malays defined in the Constitution are those professing the Islamic religion. And the Constitution says Islam is the religion of the country. So, those professing Islam have an edge in that respect.

Note that I use the word "edge". Also note that the Malays are the majority in the country.

Please also note that the Bumiputeras of Sabah and Sarawak belong to the same Rumpun Melayu, or the Large Family of Malays, although of varying religions. The Rumpun Melayu originates in the Gugusan Pulau Pulau Melayu or Malay Archipelago some 5,000 years ago, and includes Indonesians, Filipinos, Polynesians, etc, totalling about 350 million.

The terms Proto Malays, Deutero Malays, Malayo Polynesians and Austronesians refer to the same Rumpun Melayu. Read the books that have already been recommended here previously: "Tamadun Alam Melayu" and "The Malay Civilization" published by the Historical Society of Malaysia, available at Muzium Negara.

Just one word - balderdash!

A few more words:

You said, "From my 56 years of experience with "Umno controlled BN" - but shouldn't you be dead by now? What the heck you still want to hit at anybody at your age? Unless you joined a political party at 10 years old, hahaha.

I think we will be facing much greater disaster if we allow PR to rule this country.

Dunno if "Many will criticise (you) for challenging whatever the government is doing". But many will wish you not exist if you keep on being a naughty old man, wishing bad of others at your age.

You DAP ha? Must have turned coat because DAP formed only 46 years ago. Not tired of the chauvinistic, racist, subversive, rhetoric PAP/ DAP slogan so-called Malaysian Malaysia, are you?

Tell the DAP "enough of their promises, slogans, rhetoric, corruption, discrimination and their worst racist remarks". Oh don't forget - DAP cronyism, too.

The NEP was a major plan to help the Bumiputeras catch up with the Chinese, but “Chinese economic dominance continued, despite all the hurdles of the NEP.

In fact, the Chinese share of the economy actually increased during the NEP period. By 2002, the Chinese share of equity had risen to approximately 40 percent (from 34 percent in 1970).” (James Chin, “The Malaysian Chinese Dilemma: The Never Ending Policy (NEP),” Chinese Southern Diaspora Studies, Volume 3, 2009).

The dilemma for the Malaysian Chinese is clear: they cannot “go back to China” and yet are not entirely comfortable in their country of birth where they will forever be non-Bumiputeras.

As a result of this half-century pressure, hundreds of thousands have actually left, not to “go back to China” but to join the worldwide Chinese diaspora.

The National Front continues to insist on its Machiavellian hypocrisy in its push for a Malay-centric Malaysia amidst trumpeting its 1Malayisa slogan, the voices of the subaltern of a generation of hyphenated and hybridised Malaysians fed up by cliché, slogans, and double-speak are coming out in the open voicing their support for a Malaysian Malaysia that demands for all the rights accorded them in the constitution.

Pakatan Rakyat is the viable force for the most exciting general election Malaysia will ever see; a coalition of the willing in the Malaysian political scene that will willing to be scrutinised for its transparency, efficiency, and accountability by the public fed-up of 50 years of governmental secrecy and massive corruption.

Wat u man? No wonder they told you to leave. Ungrateful buggers.

"not entirely comfortable in their country of birth where they will forever be non-Bumiputeras"? - you want to be called Bumiputeras now? Wat the huck?

Not "As a result of this half-century pressure" - the British have stated, when persuading the Malays to agree to citizenship for you people before Merdeka, that you people were "transient anyway". True, many cabutted not long after that. Many also cabutted when Vietnam fell to the Communists, takutting the Domino Theory that Malaysia would also fall to the Commies.

So, why blame others? Wanna cabut, cabut lah. Nobody stopping you except the gila undi kind. Diaspora, diabolica or watever.
